This Privacy Policy describes how cdaapxchelsea.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Payment & Shipping Policy

For all commissions created by CDAAP, a non refundable deposit of half the total is required on invoice date of issue. The total must be paid after completion, and before the item can be shipped off. Custom items may take 1-3 weeks to be completed (time may vary), and an additional 3-5 days until they have arrived at your doorstep.

If an item has to be complete within a time frame under two (2) weeks, a rush order fee can be tacked on. Please try and give us at least one (1) week to complete your project and ensure it is done well and shipped to you in time. If item needs to be rush shipped, customer will be asked to provide compensation for this.

For CDAAP photography services, a deposit of half is required, and will be refunded if and only if appointments are cancelled 48 hours before time of booking. We also offer the option to hold your deposit and reschedule services. The remainder of the total quoted price is required to be paid the day of completed services. This does not apply to headshots and product photography; payment for these services will be due in full online at checkout.

Payments made through our shop will not require any additional fees. 

Payment for commissioned work and photography services can be made through Zelle or PayPal utilizing the company's contact email: cdaap@live.com.

Returns Policy

We are unable to offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns on commissioned items as they are solely tailored to the individual who made the inquiry. Items that are returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unclaimed, or refused must pay a re-shipping fee to have it sent back out.

 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  • In the event that the item is damaged and/or defective, please include a picture of the item along with a screenshot of your confirmation email so that we can evaluate and promptly address the issue.

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
